Biography

Kelly Ryan is the Head Nerd and CEO of Nerdy Nutrition Corporate Wellness. She is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, Virtual Coach, and Culinary Nutrition Expert. Kelly is no different at home than at work. She lives this everyday. "I practice what I preach and live in a balance of fun and healthy living. And I do this for and while parenting my two wonderful little superheroes, caring for our amazing dog and sharing life with another hero, my husband...I’m a nerd about healthy balanced living and being some version of a superhero helping employees and empowering them for a healthier life."

Saturday, January 31, 2026, RSVP IS REQUIRED by January 28th Time: 10:00 - 11:30 Location: Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 56, 960 The Boulevard Cost: $23.00 members, $25.00 non-members (seat reserved with etransfer) E-Transfer Payment: Secure your seat by sending an e-transfer to positivethinkersclubnl@gmail.com. Please indicate the number of attendees and if you're bringing any guests. Where: Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 56, 960 The Boulevard, St. John’s (front door facing QV Lake) Time: Breakfast is served at 10 AM. Choices of meals are below, PLEASE INDICATE YOUR CHOICE WHEN YOU REGISTER: 1. Option A: Two eggs, bacon and sausage, hash browns, toast, and your choice of tea or coffee. 2. Option B: Two fish cakes, beans, toast, and your choice of tea or coffee. 3. Option C:  Vegan (details re: options to follow with your registration)  Reserving your spot is essential. It allows our venue to prepare the right amount of food and ensures we have a seat for everyone. We strive to make every experience with our club a positive and smooth one, and your cooperation helps us do just that.  However, if you reserve a seat, and do not attend, we are responsible for the cost of your breakfast. We understand that plans change, so if you are unable to attend, please advise asap.  You can also become a new member or renew your membership via etransfer.  Just let us know if you are doing that and we will gather your details.
