Laura is the Manager of Amal Unite & Empower, a workforce and economic development initiative dedicated to strengthening Newfoundland and Labrador. Originally from Colombia, Laura’s inspiring journey has taken her across three countries, and she now proudly calls St. John’s home. Her career is rooted in social impact, equity, and community building, with a focus on immigration, gender equity, and economic inclusion.
