Curiosity and need pushed her to seek out hypnotherapy - one session to finally rid herself of a casual smoking habit, and the other, for stage fright. After experiencing its fast and transformative effect, she uses her coaching experience as a framework to ask great questions and to listen well. She enjoys writing, her first book, Angels Carry Umbrellas, was a finalist in the Ashton Wylie Unpublished Manuscript Award which led her to write its follow-up, Hand Me That Umbrella! Since becoming a hypnotherapist, she was drawn to looking into ways to go past the conscious/subconscious mind and up to the superconscious where higher intuition and inner wisdom resides.
